Sidellama is a small browser-augmented chat client designed for open-source language models. It allows users to connect to local ollama/LM Studio servers or engage in conversations with open-source models via groq. Users can create and customize personal assistants, configure system prompts, and provide custom instructions to enrich their interactions.
Moreover, Sidellama offers the feature to augment conversations with web page content, enabling users to share text or HTML mode content from currently visited web pages. Additionally, users can perform basic web searches within the chat client, selecting either DuckDuckGo or Brave as the web source and customizing character limits for shared information.
